is a prominent Canadian manufacturer of relay racks, cabinets, wall mount
cabinets, networking and co-location cabinets.
We are equipped for CNC shearing, press brake forming and punching, resistance
welding, custom machining, spray painting and powder coating, as well
as general fabricating, all of which we offer to our customers as a service.
Our history as a custom manufacturer allows us to offer in-house design
and prototyping services as well as small lot or production volume runs
for such items as enclosures, chassis, faceplates etc...
Our physical equipment is supported by design and engineering services
to the custom metal products line, through which we offer in-house design
and prototyping services as well as small lot or production volume runs.
As a standard line, we offer a wide variety of relay
racks (double and four post available), cabinets
(wall mount cabinets, networking/server, and co-location cabinets). To
complement this line, we also offer cable management systems, power bars,
shelving and climate control systems.
We welcome any special cabinet or rack requirement, be it a custom configuration
of our standard products, special sizes or features, or something completely
new. We will fulfill your custom product needs with the same high quality
product that you have come to expect from us.
R.F.Mote manufactures a standard line of work
and assembly benches, custom engineered to best facilitate the end
use. We use standard components assembled in the most desirable arrangement.
Units can be equipped with drawers, cupboards, shelves, back stops, risers,
electrical power bars, bench top or under top vices, and a variety of work surfaces to
best suit job conditions.
We also offer a service of precision
metal fabrication to very close tolerances for such items as custom
electrical panels, sloped front consoles, brackets, enclosures, face plates
etc. to complement our product lines. We invite you to visit our quality
control area, which inspects and assures all products upon completion.
R.F.Mote manufactures quality built access control equipment such as highgate
and three arm turnstiles, available with a wide variety of control
options.
We also design, manufacture and install our line of processing equipment
such as ovens,
washers and conveyors. We will design, manufacture and install individual
units or assume the responsibility for a complete finishing or processing
line.
We can supply complete repair and maintenance services for all of the
products that we manufacture; either on our customers’ premises or
in our own plant, as required.
